Dont think twice, its alright (! I got called "ma'am" today. TWICE. The first time by a man in his mid 30s. The second time by a tall, dark and hot undergrad student worker. I don't know which incident was worse. Like, I guess I can accept that I no longer look like a college student. But to have an old dude see me as an old lady? I AM SO DEPRESSED. Dont think twice, its alright (! My last day of classes was on Wednesday. I am officially done next Sunday, the 11th. I don't have a job yet, though I've sent out 11 resumes, and I'm expending most of my emotional energy fighting the urge to worry about it. I remind myself that there is nothing fun about having to work 40 hours a week, so why be so desperate to chain myself as soon as I graduate? And, That's right! Cramps are like imminent diarrhea! Juno, Junebug, Frisco Dingo. Season 1 - awwwwwwwesome.

Dont think twice, its alright (! Apr 26th, 2008. When the accused are confounded and doomed to flames of woe, call me among the blessed. It is beautiful in Illinois, at last. The weather most days is perfect. On Thursday it was an especially delightful kind of perfect: warm, but with complex clouds and breezes. Walking to work I suddenly wished, intensely, that I had some Mozart on my iPod, and the "Gran Partita". Of his Serenade for 13 strings in particular. This is the one. Famously featured in Amadeus.
