Saturday, August 8, 2015. On the Road to Adulthood. I'm sitting here at the DMV waiting for my son to take his permit test. It's nerve wracking, first for the actual test and second that he is actually on the "road" so to speak, to becoming an adult. It's scary how quickly kids grow up. Really, wasn't it just last week he was having a light saber battle with his brother? For now, I am going to continue to enjoy whatever stage he's in because I know it won't be long before this, too, is a distant memory.
