Sunday, July 19, 2015. Ok this looks weird. But it shows that all of the cabinets have knobs :). While installing the knobs we were removing the drawers and taking them to the living room in preparation for the countertops in a week or two. The kitchen in review ;). Repainted the floor under the sink. Goodness in the few weeks after it was painted originally it got gross. I guess this is a hint of things to come. I'll see about getting some stick on tile to go under there. Enough pictures of the kitchen?

Saturday, July 18, 2015. Countertops removed. Sanding the walls and edges. Removing the old. That stuff 10 penny (BIG) nails. Took a while to get it all cut out. Sawzall involved to get to the base out. And we're out and ready to reconstruct. But first we sand and paint. Dry run putting it in place. Screwing it in for good! Lunch with grandma and a well deserved break. Trimming out the left side of the cabinet and added the division between the sink and the dishwasher area. See his little head poking out.
