Miso, Kale and Tofu Feel Better Ramen. 5 leaves black kale/handful of regular kale. 1/4 of a lime. 1/4 cup finely chopped broccoli/carrot. 2 tbsp miso paste. 1 tbsp soy sauce/tamari. 1 tsp olive oil. 1 tsp chilli flakes. 1 veg stock cube. Chop tofu into chunks, and pan fry with a dash of oil on a medium-high heat for 4-5 minutes until braised. Add minced garlic just before taking off the heat. This entry was posted in:. They have just the right amount of delicious spiciness and are great with a nice cup of tea. Baked, glazed pumpkin spice donuts. Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Grease a donut pan with coconut oil and set aside. 1 tbsp ground flaxseed. 3 tbsp warm water. 1/2 cup non-dairy milk. 1/2 tsp white vinegar. 1 cup gluten-free, all-purpose flour blend. 1 tsp baking powder.
