Andy, Mallory, Porter and Jonah. Monday, January 24, 2011. For Christmas this year my parents gave us a trip to Florida. Porter was very excited to go to "Mickey's House" as he calls it. We spent a whole week there and loved every minute of it. The weather was great and apparently not very many people go to Disney World the second week of January so we hardly waited in line at all. It was perfect. Thanks Mom and Dad! The whole fam in front of the castle. Porter at Minnie's kitchen table. Was that so cool?

Wednesday, April 1, 2009. Herniated Discs (If only it were an April Fool's joke). He looked at my information, asked a couple of questions, pulled my MRI films out and said, "Well, you have a really bad herniated disc and really really bad herniated disc." Then he started explaining things to me. . This second image shows the really bad herniated disc. The dark circle is pushing out on the thecal sac (red circle) and the nerves (red arrow) get pinched. This is definitely part of my prayers right now.
