Losing weight and living life as a Celiac. Quick and Easy Dinner Recipe: Mushroom Chicken. The time has come… for a new blog! Some things we just can’t do alone. November 10, 2010. It’s hard for us to admit sometimes, I suppose, but some things we really just can’t do by ourselves. Sometimes we need a helping hand or encouraging words. Healthy Dose of Lisa. More Cardio, Less Lardio! July 11, 2010. 8212; healthydoseoflisa @ 9:11 pm. I hit 2.25 miles today and just could not convince myself to keep going! I started making excuses: I had a cramp, the sun was in my eyes, I didn’t stretch good enough beforehand. I always try to justify it when I stop early. I need advice please! On the plus side, although I didn’t do a full 3 miles, my 1st mile was my fastest one yet! 1 cup cereal, 1/2 cup milk. Next time I make it, I am not going to use bl...

I don’t know, but this weekend, it stops. Full stop. Hell for leather from now until Christmas, that is for sure! Until this problem is resolved there is no way I can even think of giving up this blog, I need accountability now more than I ever have before, though I may blog less, I will still post 3 “good quality” posts every week, in a new format, with pictures and everything! For each day of the week. More accountability should lead to better choices. Ciao for now,. October 21, 2010 at 10:24 am.
