Much like the wash and house cleaning! The Phone rings and its the daughter of the house, , ,. Can you bring my boots and jacket in to town when you come in? My feet are wet! I would have thought that a 22 year old would think of bringing it in herself anyway! No wonder i feel worn out sometimes! And am about to take a shower!

Jättegoda o nyttiga, lite att tugga på! 189; dl solrosfrön. 189; dl linfrö. 2 dl grahams mjöl. 5 dl kokande vatten. 5 dl fingervarmt vatten. 1 pkt jäst för söta degar. 1 dl ljus sirap för bröd. 189; dl matolja eller 50 gr smält margarin. Värm ugnen på 200 gr. Koka vatten och häll över frön och havregryn och salt, låt svälla och blir "grötig". Låt svalna tills det är finger varmt. Blanda in vetemjöl till degen släpper bunken, ibland behövas mer än vad det står. Låt jäsa 30-35 minuter.
