Monday, September 20, 2010. Bending at the Knee. One area of debate depending on who you ask in fitness and physical therapy is how much bending in the knee is ok during squatting, lunging, and other leg exercises? In fact better than ok it is the best and can actually improve knee pain and function? Subscribe to: Post Comments (Atom). Strength Coach Web Resource. Bending at the Knee. Live Healthier: Fitness: Hmmm...
http://livehealthierfitness.blogspot.com/2011/05/hmmm.html
Monday, May 2, 2011. One of the biggest popular toys these days is the Bosu. I have seen trainers putting their clients on a Bosu to do everything from deadlifts and kettlebell swings to back extensions and crunches. I want to know why? I have seen some interesting (me being polite) exercise choices with the intent of training the core, and I have seen some plain out awful form. Do these trainers understand anatomy? Do they not realize that they are putting their client at risk? May 22, 2011 at 9:19 AM.

Live Healthier: Fitness: August 2010
http://livehealthierfitness.blogspot.com/2010_08_01_archive.html
Monday, August 30, 2010. I think most people will answer abdominals, more specifically the "six pack" abs. Thinking this way will not only miss out on optimal functioning of the other muscles of the core, but also have you do a lot of work you don't need to do.in other words wasting time, and you know I hate wasting time. Ok so now the question how do we fix all of this? There are a few excercises you can do that will help with all 4 areas. First, stop doing crunches! Monday, August 9, 2010. The answer i...

http://livehealthierfitness.blogspot.com/2011/02/should-pain-affect-way-i-live-my-life.html
Saturday, February 26, 2011. Should Pain Affect the Way I Live My Life? After my first session of the morning I got back into my car and there was an advertisement for knee replacements. The slogan posed to the listener was "Don't let pain change the way you live your life." and then went on to talk about a knee replacement. Should you let pain change your life? INJURY. Luckily for you they have a cool new knee replacement to make it all better. I cannot stress this enough. There are many great exerc...
