Friday, May 23, 2008. We have been busy over here. Running to end of the school year choir concerts, programs, parties and Kindergarten graduation. My favorite quote from The Incredibles:. It's not a graduation. He's moving from the fourth grade to the fifth grade. They keep creating new ways to celebrate mediocrity. Tuesday, November 4, 2008. If you cant tell we are Clark Kent and Lois Lane, my costume is all about the props. I have a camera and notice my daily planet press pass. I used to love Halloween and would spend hours making costumes, but the more kids I have the more tired I am. This year they were very kind to me and we recycled alot the things we already had. Nicole was a dark fairy, (thanks Aunt Lisa and Aunt Sarah for the tu-tu! Arthur was a mummy, (a sheet I ripped, tea died and glued to old clothes).

Friday, August 15, 2008. I can't believe that summer break is over. It flew by with lots of fun! But since I haven't written since June I need to rewind and try to remember what we did. We started off the summer with swim team for Nicole and Dive team for Haley it was their first time to participate. We took a few days to recover from that trip just to get ready for the next one. Tuesday, April 29, 2008. We just wrapped up our 2nd annual Relay For Life. I use the term "We" very loosely, I didn't do too much of the work, I just showed up for the party. Those of you in Thatcher did an amazing job! Collecting donations, organizing the survivor dinner, sewing tu-tu's, making signs, baking treats and moving around the purple pooper and more. I just checked the website and it says our team has raised over $11,000. They worked so hard! It was a great night and I am so proud of my family!

Wednesday, November 12, 2008. Natalie was so excited for her Birthday and almost drove me crazy for a week. This is the first year she has really understood what having a birthday meant.
