Sunday, 10 June 2012. Pasta (200/300g for 2 people),. 1 head of Chilli,. 3 heads of Garlic,. First chilli and Garlic needs to be washed before cooking :D. Fry chilli and garlic in Olive oil until flavour can be tasted in the Olive oil. Fry the Brocolli for about 2-3 minutes. Then leave it alone. And when the pasta is cooked add it to the frying pan with the Brocolli and spices. Heat it and stir it for about 5 minutes so the flaours mix into the pasta and then serve.
