Brain Injuries . Staying the Course. October 28, 2014. Pic taken the day I crashed… not sure I even really knew who I was or what I was doing, head injury). Mild traumatic brain injuries affect each person differently. Why is it that it was this concussion that caused symptoms? I have had 5 concussions before this one. Maybe the accumulative affect? This does not include your exercise and training water / hydration. Coffee and alcohol do count as diuretics . so if you plan on consuming either, plan on drinking more water.
