Deep in the Heart of Texas: November 2008
http://dwiseguys.blogspot.com/2008_11_01_archive.html
Deep in the Heart of Texas. Monday, November 10, 2008. Nathan Gets a Haircut. Nathan is generally a very happy guy, but there are a few things he has learned not to like. Anything have to do with a doctor or hospital is one of those things. Another is getting haircut. And she tries to cut a moving target. This usually results in a nick or two - which serves only to exacerbate the problem - as well as the occasional chunk out of his hair. This photo would definitely not win us "Parents of the Year" accola...

Deep in the Heart of Texas: June 2011
http://dwiseguys.blogspot.com/2011_06_01_archive.html
Deep in the Heart of Texas. Monday, June 27, 2011. About time we bag the Valentine's post and move on. Our lives seem to revolve more and more around our grandchildren. As our good friend Chip Dishman once told me, "there are three competitive sports [around here]: football, golf and grandparenting." Our tally is now at 7. Elisa Noelle joined the family in April. Her cousin Colton has 8 months and a few pounds on her. Subscribe to: Posts (Atom). Almost Heaven (But Not Texas).

Deep in the Heart of Texas: November 2010
http://dwiseguys.blogspot.com/2010_11_01_archive.html
Deep in the Heart of Texas. Sunday, November 14, 2010. It's Autumn time, It's Autumn time, the Leaves are Falling down. It's Autumn Time, It's Autumn it's all Around the Town.". We jumped from Spring to Autumn! Summer doesn't get much press in Texas. It's either hot or stinkin' hot. The great predictors of weather were wrong again this year - they said it was going to be unusually cool. Oops. Debbie was busy, though, getting her real estate license and loving it! Nathan is a freshman! Chris and Sarah wel...

Deep in the Heart of Texas: February 2011
http://dwiseguys.blogspot.com/2011_02_01_archive.html
Deep in the Heart of Texas. Tuesday, February 15, 2011. So, I was in a panic just as I usually am when any holiday comes screaming around the corner and I have not yet thought about - let alone acquired - The Gift. What to do? Then the flash of brilliance: a homemade card and a slideshow DVD with nostalgic pictures. Had fun doing both and it was fun for both of us to share. What's that about even a blind squirrel finds a nut once in a while? Wednesday, February 2, 2011. Happy New Year to all! Then in Oct...

Deep in the Heart of Texas: May 2010
http://dwiseguys.blogspot.com/2010_05_01_archive.html
Deep in the Heart of Texas. Sunday, May 23, 2010. Very, Merry, Happy Month of May! We're not too good at keeping up with this. I guess you can say we don't write in our journals very often either. Our family is having a lot of fun:. 1 Jon, Cristina and boys are buying a home in Frisco, Texas and plan to move in June. They won't be far from Chris and Sarah and cousins. The Cousins are best of friends. You can tell which one belongs to whom. They are a spitting image of their parents. 6 Nathan is our sweet...

The Larsons: Primary Temple Trip
http://texaslarsons.blogspot.com/2009/10/primary-temple-trip.html
Saturday, October 24, 2009. Our primary took a trip to the Dallas temple. They walked around the outside and learned about the building. We went with the whole family and took a few pictures. It was fun to tell the kids that this is where Mom and Dad got married. Subscribe to: Post Comments (Atom). Family and Friends Blogs.

The Larsons: December 2008
http://texaslarsons.blogspot.com/2008_12_01_archive.html
Tuesday, December 30, 2008. We don't go out to eat very often. It's kinda hard with all the kids, but it's so exciting for them when we do. We like this new place by our house called Habanero's.especially the taco Tuesday's. Can't beat $3.99 for a meal! It's really great food. They are switching to full waiter service though which makes it more expensive and more time consuming to go out. But carry out is just as good. Thursday, December 25, 2008. The Larsons: August 2009
http://texaslarsons.blogspot.com/2009_08_01_archive.html
Monday, August 31, 2009. We've lived in Fort Worth for 3 1/2 years and hadn't been to the For Worth Stockyards until now. We went down there to see the longhorns, and had lunch. It was a fun little trip. Monday, August 24, 2009. First Day of School. Aimee started 1st grade today! Sunday, August 23, 2009. Meet The Teacher Night. We went to see who Aimee's 1st grade teacher was going to be. This is her, Mrs. Woods. We love her! Saturday, August 22, 2009. Tuesday, August 18, 2009. Saturday, August 15, 2009.
