Saturday, January 31, 2009. Fort Scrap Ball Falls. Most weekend nights, the kids get to have "fort nights". Last night, after the kids were settled into their fort, I snuck out to a friend's house for a scrapbooking night. The desire to do this comes and goes for me. I have Elijah's 1st year book done, but I never finished Rogue's, and hadn't worked on it in about 2 years. Last night, I was excited for the opportunity to work on it- I got 6 pages done! Team photos, which was followed up by his game.

December 2, 2010. I am so excited for Christmas this year. I have been busy trying to decorate our house while trying to collect decorations for the homeless shelter. Our youth went to the shelter last night and decked the place out. I am so glad it is over so I can concentrate on finishing up our decorations. November 28, 2012. Chloe made/brought home these costumes from preschool. Her teacher is awesome! She does so many things with the kids. Chloe loves her. Evan was not very happy about wearing this. We had a wonderful Thanksgiving at the Burtons. It was a small crowd this year, but it was a nice relaxing day. It is tradition that every Thanksgiving they shoot clay pigeons. December 13, 2011. They met Bronco Mendenhall. Ryan told him he was going to play for him someday. Go Ryan! Ryan has some growing to do. Ryan, Evan and Chloe with my Grandma Young, their Great-Grandma. It is so nice having her close to my parents so we can visit her when we go to Utah. We went to a fun bounce house and roller skating rink that I can't remember the name of. The kids had a blast. Chloe with Uncle Dan. Dan, Marci, Brock, Braden and new baby Hailey on her blessing day. December 13, 2011. Football. John coached. Ryan played. It consumed our lives for four months. It was fun and exciting. Glad it's over and can't wait until next year. Ryan was number 25. He said he misses hitting people. OK? Ryan ran this one 74 yards for a touchdown . . . Even more exceptional since his pants were falling down. He ran the whole way with the ball in one hand and pulling up his pants with the other, while he juked his way through the defense. Hahahaha. I love it! Way to go Ryan!

Since I put these pictures together there is a ton more to update. So this update is out of date. Ryan is next. Evan turned FIVE in March. He loves his birthday and opening presents. January 2011 Rare opportunity to play in the snow. Evan played T-ball for the first time this year and he love it. He is quite the athlete. John helped coach his team.
