Just a girl traveling the world making observations. These fountains are in and of themselves masterpieces. The maze of tall bushes and small flowers in the “general life” evoke a feeling of the fairytale that once occurred here. It was someone’s dream. My tour of southern Spain eventually came to an end when it was time for me to catch a flight to Barcelona. My friend Amy was waiting for me to begin our tour of Barcelona and Madrid. As we glided along with the current, trying to keep the boat straight, neither of us could complete a sentence with out the other exclaiming at the wildlife all around us. I’ve traveled all around the world to see hidden treasures but had forgotten about the magnificent ones in my own back yard! It s rainy season here and it s been pouring every day but luckily the majority of the rain falls in the early morning hours sparing us for the rest of the day. When it does rain during the day it is like no downpour I have ever experienced. The droplets are massive and you are completely soaked in a matter of seconds.
