Saturday, January 07, 2012. Frostbite Half Marathon 2012. Well I can't believe it has been that long. looking back at my older post back in 2005. Six years later I finally get my chance to run in the Frostbite half-marathon. I injured my knee because of over training that year and I haven't run the full distance until now. This is a photo of me crossing the finish line. 2:17:09 age 50 and I still had some kick left. It was almost all uphill after mile 10. If your my friend. Posted by Tom T.

http://tomtrun.blogspot.com/2009/04/run-wild.html
Monday, April 06, 2009. I ran in a race with Tee and his friends, Libby and Amy this Saturday. The weather was gorgeous and made it very tolerable. The race was split into 3 courses, 1 mile, 5k and 10k. I did the 5, Tee, Libby and Amy did the 10. We were able to run together for the first 5k. After I finished I took some more pics. The race was sponsored by the student health center and was called Run Wild. I posted more pics on facebook. Posted by Tom T. Tom and Beth and our 4 kids.

David's Page: I Have a Ramp!
http://davidcampbellsblog.blogspot.com/2008/07/i-have-ramp.html
Tuesday, July 29, 2008. I Have a Ramp! I got all but the blue paint as "oops" paint at Home Depot and Lowes. If you are a homeowner I suggest going by the paint counter every time you are in there. Oops paint is where they mixed a custom color and it was returned because it wasn't a perfect match. It's all $5 a gallon, even the real expensive paint. Posted by David @ 7/29/2008 07:39:00 AM. Very nice David. I miss my ramps - they've been out of commission in the garage for a year now. Which Brian is this?

My job took me to Union Springs, Alabama today. It is a small country town in Bullock County. They claim to be the bird dog capitol of the world, and this statue is in the center of the town. I saw these small signs saying "Bird Dog Statue", pointing the way and had to follow them to see what it was. Posted by D...
