Our friend Nancy sent us to a blog of another family who is also adopting a 2-year old girl from the same town where Valeria lives. I reached out to them and was disappointed to learn that while they are in the same baby house, their girl is in a different group, so they hadn't seen Valeria. Until Friday the 13th, which was lucky for us! She's in the pink with the big fuzzy bow! We'll send an update then!
