2010 年 03 月 17 日. 在簽訂ECFA的相關部會中，以農委會主委陳武雄先生對所謂的ECFA內容最為了解 因為 陳主委在他從政過程中，曾多次代表台灣政府，參與GATT、和WTO的談判 無論是單邊、雙邊、多邊的談判，陳主委可說是在目前各部會首長中，對於國與國之間的貿易協商談判，最具備學識、經驗、判斷力、模型透悉力的專業人士 然而 令台灣人民失望的是，陳主委並沒有及時發揮他的長處. 不管溫家寶所說的讓利也好，馬所強調的勞工與農產品絕對不允許進口也罷，這全部是謊言 問題的癥結，陳武雄主委是最了解的 事實上 WTO各會員國間彼此簽訂任何協議， 平等、互惠互利 就是最基本的精神所在 今天 台灣的領導人，只單方面對人民表示，與中國簽訂的ECFA，絕不包括勞工與農產品在內，非常顯然的已經違反了WTO的基本精神，台灣簽得下去嗎 中國真的就如此無知的買單嗎 WTO會放任兩岸如此的胡搞嗎 美國、日本會沒有意見嗎.
