大內鄉
四大社的目加溜灣社（現址在善化鎮市街）有三個支社，其中之一的「新社仔」大約在西元1565年沿曾文溪而上，侵入大武壟社故地的內霄里、拔馬二社，並分佈於本鄉今日的頭社、嗚頭、大山腳、燒灰、竹圍等地都可發現供奉阿立祖的公廨，其中嗚頭、篾仔腳等地的公廨係由頭社公廨公，出祭祀儀式、日期、阿立祖傳說都和頭社相同，實為本鄉珍貴的文化資產。 漢人在大內的拓墾始於清康熙年間，當時福建省漳州府龍溪縣楊氏家族有九位兄弟，其中的六位兄弟隨楊氏宗親來台拓墾，最早從漚汪溪口登陸，同行的其他楊姓宗親在蕭壟（今 佳里鎮. 65289;拓墾，楊氏六兄弟則繼續沿著灣裡溪（今曾文溪）上行，到現今的石仔瀨登陸，老大至老五在現今的內庄墾植，老九則在現今的石仔瀨開墾。因此大內楊與佳里北頭洋（楊）都是二鄉鎮的大姓。 訂閱： 文章 (Atom).
