CCTC is currently developing the Sunny Orient Sailing Harbour, Emerald Orient Eco-Community, and Silver Orient Magic City in Guangdong, and also participating in several other green real estate development projects in China and Canada. Partially funded by the Canadian Federal Government under the Asia Pacific Partnership program, CCTC is building a demonstration center in Guangdong to showcase the application of ground source heat pump for air-conditioning and heating in the coastal region of South China.
