Sunday, September 16, 2007. Ham Yang - Miryang 175km. The sun is burning when I look out of the window and it’s hot. Today is the last long stage but not easy by any means. KOM @ 125km and Joris is still 2. From the gun the attacks started on the first 2 climbs. A small group with some GC contenders went away but not the. In KOM. Not bad for us, because there was some good $ $ for this competition. The KOM still separated the field and I rolled in with a big group couple minutes behind the field.

Sunday, September 16, 2007. Yang-Yang - Dan-Yang, 193km. Today the hardest stage is waiting for us…1 major climb (12km long). Followed by 4 shorter but steep climbs ( approx 3km in length) and this all in 193km. Will see how it goes after yesterday. My hip is still sore and don't have full range of movement.but on the bike it may loosen up alittle . Food, shower, bed, massage, dinner, sleep was on my mind. Even my hip bothered me quite bit I was surprised how it felt. I can't say great but ok.

Sunday, September 16, 2007. Jeong Eub- Gang Jin, 162km. Okay I will not give weather update till it’s NOT raining. The hotel we would stay in tonight can be rented per hour I’m sure. It’s just what you would see in a cheap porn movie…red-light in the hallways, condom wending machine, round waterbeds and mirrors.
