Here is the Dennis Toastrack - a 1929 Llandudno (I think - it's been 20 years and my memory for detail is fading) bus restored and maintained by the Engineering Students at Southampton University. October 29, 2016 · 3:16 pm. Grammy’s Banana Bread – Modified. 1 2/3 cups sugar. 1 tsp baking soda. C butter (down from 2/3) {maybe try oil? 2/3 cup buttermilk {2/3 c. milk 2 tsp vinegar}. 2 cups mashed ripe bananas (about 3 bananas). 2/3 cup finely chopped nuts. Grease and Flour pan. Cook at 375. Liners or Spray with. Fill muffin cups full for regular size muffins. Cook for 20 mins. Fill to top for big bakery-sized muffins, cook for 25 mins. Sprinkle with coarse sugar sprinkles. Yield: Makes 2 servings.
