A great book about connecting emotionally with those you lead. recommended to me by erwin mcmanus when i met him at a conference and he signed a copy of one of the books he wrote. This is probably the best book on ministry that i have read. very thorough on every issue of leadership in ministry. I mean usually writings helps anyway, but a friend pointed out to me that chaos can sometimes come from ignoring a promptings. So I am writing as a thought that perhaps this was a prompting I missed.
