Just another WordPress.com site. Just a little about ME. Day 7 of my master cleanse Part 2. My Stomach has been making lots of noise today. It’s been down right LOUD! I ran out of Maple syrup…thought I’d bought enough so for a couple of glasses I used agave nectar. It’s a fine substitute but I guess my stomach noticed the change. You can also mix it with molasses but that doesn’t sound as good as maple syrup. Day 7 of Master Cleanse Part 1. Jan 14, 2012. You feel like a new person after too!

I’m almost back to my full solid foods minus the meat ( I have started eating yogurt) Still not drinking milk, I’ve been using almond milk instead. I had my first cup of coffee today, that was heavenly. Took me almost an hour to drink it. It was a good hour sipping my coffee with the snow outside. What has Maranda been up to?
