EASY ACCESS For Independent Producers. Easy Access for local producers is a cornerstone of our programming concept. The main problem facing independent producers is getting enough airtime to show their work on a consistent basis. An independent producer is a business person who must carry on activities in a consistent manner. We will encourage and develop independent producers from Greater Toronto and its broadcast area.
