Blossoming As The Rose: Loving
http://astherose.blogspot.com/2014/12/loving.html
Blossoming As The Rose. See Isaiah 35:1 and my first post. Sunday, December 21, 2014. This is the ridiculously long overdue second part to last post. And it's going to be short/less thought out than sometimes (probably) because I have a meeting to be "at" (video) in half an hour. But I want it written, at least in part. Only, I'd let go of it and I was sad and alone and hurting as a result. I also realized, that the reasons why weren't nearly so relevant as the question: Do I have faith in Jesus Christ?

Blossoming As The Rose: November 2013
http://astherose.blogspot.com/2013_11_01_archive.html
Blossoming As The Rose. See Isaiah 35:1 and my first post. Friday, November 22, 2013. I just finished up a couple of posts that I started when I finished reading the books. I published them back at their finish dates, so you'll have to go back to see them (since I haven't posted much, you won't have far to go! I also just recently read some hilarious books by Don something that starts with an L. If I felt like getting out of bed, I'd tell you (I'm sick in bed). Saturday, November 16, 2013. The next morni...

Blossoming As The Rose: Loved
http://astherose.blogspot.com/2014/12/loved.html
Blossoming As The Rose. See Isaiah 35:1 and my first post. Saturday, December 6, 2014. Back in August, my friend Avinash called to tell me he and Aimee were getting married (finally! I was richly fed by the Spirit from all of our conversations. I learned intellectual things. I heard new ides and was able to learn from sharing things myself. I loved speaking Spanish, sharing so much scriptural-based truth, and just understanding/being understood. I also soaked in general and stake conferences. Perhaps...

Blossoming As The Rose: January 2015
http://astherose.blogspot.com/2015_01_01_archive.html
Blossoming As The Rose. See Isaiah 35:1 and my first post. Sunday, January 25, 2015. Guess what I'm doing. Last Sunday Sara sent me an email asking for my address. I've gotten several of those lately, but this one is getting close so I had to respond with a double response on that. And it made me remember how I still. Haven't written about all this. So I'm going to start with posting a copy of what I wrote to her:. I will be devastated. Which is why I try not to think about it too much. Okay, not technic...

Blossoming As The Rose: Happy International Women's Day
http://astherose.blogspot.com/2015/03/happy-international-womens-day.html
Blossoming As The Rose. See Isaiah 35:1 and my first post. Sunday, March 8, 2015. Happy International Women's Day. It's International Women's Day. Gone pretty quietly in our family this year. When Mother was in Panama, she got to celebrate a lot more and would send us fun things. But that's okay, it's still a wonderful day to be a woman. Good to nurture and to love and to care about others. Being around her. And then there was my mother who just spent two hours listening to me on the phone.

Blossoming As The Rose: December 2014
http://astherose.blogspot.com/2014_12_01_archive.html
Blossoming As The Rose. See Isaiah 35:1 and my first post. Tuesday, December 23, 2014. I know it's Christmas week and most people's lives are revolving around that now. Mine will be soon. And hopefully I can get my mind to focus on it when it's time. (I fly to Georgia tomorrow.) But right now there. A lot of big. Things happening that have nothing to do with Christmas. Or travel. Or the time with family that I have been anticipating and working for for a very long time. The term "release" has taken on a ...

Blossoming As The Rose: Some firsts for the 1st
http://astherose.blogspot.com/2015/01/some-firsts-for-1st.html
Blossoming As The Rose. See Isaiah 35:1 and my first post. Thursday, January 1, 2015. Some firsts for the 1st. Since it was the first day of a new year, I thought I'd try out some firsts today. So, I went to the ER for the very first time. Okay, not technically true. I went to the ER when I was 2 years old to get my head sewn up after running into a brick wall during nursery. But I didn't take myself there and I don't remember much of it. So I'm counting this.]. Cliffhanger. Why were you there? Oh, not s...

Blossoming As The Rose: January 2014
http://astherose.blogspot.com/2014_01_01_archive.html
Blossoming As The Rose. See Isaiah 35:1 and my first post. Tuesday, January 14, 2014. Amo a mis papas. Actually, on Sunday, I came home and had a long (crying) talk with Heavenly Father. And most things have been better since then. When He says "Ask, and ye shall receive"- he means it. Wonderful, immediate, direct answers to that prayer. And I've felt at peace since then. But just now, when I was feeling ok, working on packing, Father called. And now, an hour later, things are really. Amo a mis papas.

Blossoming As The Rose: September 2014
http://astherose.blogspot.com/2014_09_01_archive.html
Blossoming As The Rose. See Isaiah 35:1 and my first post. Monday, September 8, 2014. Falling even more in love. I think I started loving biking when I was in Boston. It was such a huge blessing to be able to get around on my own schedule and wherever I wanted (unlike public transportation- which was wonderful there, but still). The bike liberated me! Watching the steam rising after a rain storm drastically cooled down the world. Hearing the cows and the birds. Smelling the dairies. (Oh, I love. I headed...
