It is important that you share all information regarding your health, physical limitations and previous injuries with your teacher. You will be most comfortable if you wear comfortable non-binding exercise clothing that is not too baggy or loose. Eating before practicing is not recommended. It is wise to wait 2-3 hours after a large meal and an hour and a half after eating a snack. Please no strong scents or perfumes.
