Today I Danced
Thursday, February 3, 2011. I haven't danced today yet but late last night I did some leg lifts. Boy are my legs heavier than when I was 22. It's like lifting a log. I used to do leg lifts daily and I need to get back into that habit. Also, once again I'm not as flexible as I once was. Aging sucks in so many ways. It's been cold out, so no fun dancing outside. Saturday, April 18, 2015. April 18, 2015. Cleaned the kitchen (including dishes). Washed two loads of laundry, dried one. Cleaned kitchen after dinner. Read some of Prudence. Bought new pillow (along with other grocery shopping). Drank three glasses of water. No extra exercise (outside of regular walking/cleaning). Tared boys' Earn Points book (250). Kept boys to set guidelines (needed to clean in bedroom one hour, straighten living room and dining room in order to play Monsters and Other Childish Things.
