Today is a good day as any. Varför vänta till imorgon? Och valet att spendera min ledighet i stugan känns absolut som helt rätt beslut. Första dagen bjöd på strålande solsken och varmt i både luften och vattnet. I dag har jag målat list, solat, badat fötterna vid bryggan, tagit en promenad och ett kvällsdopp, ätit gott och såklart surrat en massa med farmor och farfar. En bra dag helt enkelt! I ran in 2011 and then I had to stop because I hurt my ITBs at the Bartlett Park Ultra 50k in Sept. So I have been on the road to recovery but I am having some trouble with my gluts since they are really tight but the ITB is much better now. Here are some pictures I took at Tishomingo State Park. As my life as gotten more busy and I have less time to set down and read, I have found audiobooks. What better way to have someone tell a story then listen to an audiobook.
