One Air Force family laughs, loves and lives out life's adventures while stationed in Japan. Monday, September 12, 2011. I remember as a kid my mom telling me she knew exactly where she was and what she was doing the moment she found out JFK had been assassinated. One Air Force family laughs, loves and lives out life's adventures while stationed in Japan. Friday, December 10, 2010. One night, while still in Phuket, Thailand, we went to the very popular (and cheap) night markets. They sell everything here- food, clothes, souvenirs.all sorts of stuff. Brett had been when he was up in Pattaya, Thailand and said we had to check them out. Never one to pass up an opportunity to shop, I of course said let's go! And a few very American items too. Lots of items on sticks.
