Cooking for Toddlers | Simple recipes for family meals
Simple recipes for family meals. Skip to primary content. Skip to secondary content. November 25, 2014. 1 onion, finely chopped. 200g Arborio risotto rice. 100ml dry white wine. 700ml hot chicken stock. 1 tablespoon lemon juice. 100g Grana Padano (or other hard cheese), grated. 200g diced bacon, fried (optional). 200g frozen peas, cooked. Salt and pepper to season. Melt the butter and fry the onion until soft (about 10 minutes). A tasty risotto that could easy be made vegetarian by leaving out the bacon.
