Due to a number of unforeseen circumstances, we were unable to fit in another ski trip this season. I know there are still a few weeks left, and we *might* be able to sneak away. It might be helpful to share a little bit about my daughter and myself, and how I reached the conclusion that I'm not crazy to try to teach her to ski, and that it might actually be a good activity for us to do this winter. My daughter's name is Jordan. She was born in September 2005. She has very good balance:. Again, wish us luck! My mother thinks I'm crazy. Why on Earth would I even consider teaching a child to ski at age 2?

Teaching a Toddler to Ski. Just call me crazy. Sunday, January 6, 2008. Thank God there weren't any cameras. We had our second time out this morning and it was so, so, AWFUL. We got to the hill, only to find that a local town's recreation program had taken over the bunny slopes- 3 bus loads of kids, who were all on the three beginner runs.
