http://davidnjennifer.blogspot.com/2009/04/fun-in-snow-idaho-snow-that-is.html
Wednesday, April 1, 2009. Fun in the Snow (Idaho snow that is! In February, we journeyed to Idaho for David's mother's funeral. Of course, they still had plenty of snow. We were able to spend a day in Island Park. Playing on the snowmobiles. It was a blast! The kids had big smiles and red cheeks, while David and I enjoyed the speed. But we won't be purchasing a snow machine anytime soon. North Carolina doesn't have the same quality or quantity of white stuff. Subscribe to: Post Comments (Atom).

Sunday, July 19, 2015. July 24th is a holiday for the LDS church where we commemorate Brigham Young entering the Salt Lake Valley (through Immigration Canyon) and saying, "This is the Place! Those Mormon Pioneers definitely sacrificed a lot and left an amazing legacy for me, and others, to follow. The LDS church is making a point to focus on modern day pioneers. What am I leaving behind? Isaac felt better and was playing with his knights on the ping pong table, while I scrubbed the floor next to him. When David came home he joined me in the clean-up. Moss--we'll grow on ya!: September 2014

Sunday, September 28, 2014. Our little Joy is one year old. I really can't believe it. In some ways it feels like she just got here, but in others it is like she has always been a part of us. I was watching her today and realizing what a central role she plays in all of our lives. We base so much of our schedule around hers. Of course she is adored by all. She loves the "Poppy Joy Song" we have sung to her since she was tiny. Joy 18 months and counting. I decided that I am going to start writing in this ...

Moss--we'll grow on ya!: July 2012

Sunday, July 15, 2012. July 12, 2012! The Moss boys just completed their first triathalon ever! When we heard the name of the race we just knew we had to enter- it really is called that. Admittedly some of them did it for the T-shirt and guaranteed metal, if completed)! We practiced with our friends the Sharps (veterans of such races) and the Wheelers. The boys learned how to transition and practiced the swim, biking, and running. We are so proud of them! We could really get into this- for them!
