And yes, those are super delicious spreads. Lately, though, I’ve been on a tahini fix, so I was curious to see how it would fare out. Well, my friend, it worked. Makes about 30 balls). 2 cups rolled oats. 4 figs or 5 dates (optional). 1 Tbsp coconut oil, melted. 1/4 cup maple syrup (optional). 3/4 cup carob chips or chocolate chips.
