Thursday, November 7, 2002. The ACLU Protecting Your Rights, At Least the Pretty Ones. What is it about the second amendment that means that it doesn't get protected. Our founding fathers obviously thought this was important, it came second only to free speech. Yet the government wants to remove our firearms, and the ACLU doesn't care. Monday, November 29, 2004. Why Liberals Hate God. In the aftermath of the 2004 elections, we have heard a lot about the ‘moral’ voters and the religious right. Throughout the entire thing, we get constant bombardment about how evil these two groups are. Think of it this way, those eleven states that denied same-sex marriages (and I still get irked at that particular oxymoron), the battles against the amendments were based upon protecting the ‘rights’ of homosexuals. Could they come from the individual?

Tuesday, October 22, 2002. That's right. Floridians rejoice! The lovely folks of our state have come up with yet another way to make us the laughing stock of the nation. They want us to amend our State Constitution so that it would be against the State Constitution for pig farmers to use pig gestation boxes. My first question is this: Why would this be an amendment? I mean come on. A law? No That's covered under federal laws and regulations. Why would we want this attached to our State's Constitution?

Wednesday, June 26, 2002. The Flag that stands for What? Currently in Crestview, FL, a group is trying to make the city take down the confederate battle flag from city land. Why do we wish to remove this flag? Do we not want to remember the Civil War? By the North. How can I say this you ask? There is an old saying "If you forget the past, you are doomed to repeat it.". Sunday, March 23, 2003. Black History Month in Review. But what is it about BET that has given it such staying power? The rich and powerful of the black community have long derided BET and its programming choices (those horrid rap videos glorifying sex and violence mainly). Yet this channel is dominate, and has dominated the market. This channel has focused so solely on these videos that they even got rid of their news sections. I must ask, Why? Is it the market itself?
