Tokyo In 5 Days. Wednesday, April 2, 2008. Dinner at Hakone Ginyu: Course 1, 2, and 3. So I said this dinner was the best meal I've ever had. I'll have to clarify that statement because a meal can best in so many ways. This meal was best in presentation, atmosphere and unique application of ingredients. My only note, was that some of the courses could have been a little hotter. But, we were warned that 7pm was a busy hour. In the glass, was our aperitif: Local Mandarin Wine. Stay tuned for the next round!
