What’s on the menu. Opened in 2003, Carnivore Steak and Grill has quickly established itself as the place in Krabi for red meat lovers. The concept is to serve the best ingredients available, simply prepared and in generous portions. The managing Director is Gidi, Dutch and trained at the hotel-school in Hasselt, Belgium. What's on the menu. While vacationing in Ao Nang last week my wife had a craving for steak. I searched Trip Advisor for recommendations and we selected the Carnivore Steak and Grill. Outstanding choice! The 400g ribeye we ordered with the Carnivore topping was, hands down, the most amazing ribeye we have experienced, EVER! The sides were roasted potatoes (for me) and loaded mash (for the hubby). Hubby didn't leave much for me because it was THAT yummy! Love the steak and salads! We have just had 3 wonder...
