Ricotta hotcakes with honeycomb butter. Style or whatever else chef had in mind. I love them for breakfast with tartly lip-puckering lemon juice and a generous sprinkle of sugar, hot from the pan, so they soak up the topping. Yay for pancake day! 1 cups of plain flour sifted with a pinch of salt. 3 eggs, lightly mixed.
