Besides, the recipes on the internet couldn’t be as good as the ones in libraries, because books were published, so they had credibility. Anyone could throw up a recipe online. Anyone could throw up anything online! A library was more discerning of good taste, of credible recipes and reputable authors. Too many people drowned in the sea of rubbish that was the internet.
