Hangin' with Lexie: December 2008
http://lexie11.blogspot.com/2008_12_01_archive.html
Thursday, December 25, 2008. This Christmas was so amazing! On Christmas Eve I was trying to sleep but I couldn't sleep all. Night long because I was too excited. This morning I woke up at exactly six o'clock and I ran and jumped on my mom's bed yelling," Wake up! When everyone was ready we went to the family room. I got to the room and froze when I saw my sparkly red drum set, all set up by the Christmas tree. I was about to faint and I was amazingly speechless. I always wanted a drum set! Thursday, Dec...

Mendonsa Madness: June 2008
http://mendonsa7.blogspot.com/2008_06_01_archive.html
Where the excitement never ends". Monday, June 23, 2008. Matt managed to wait a week before he planted a garden (It's 30'X20') It seems to be doing well. He also used a neighbor's tractor to pull out some brush, level the back, and get ready for the landscaping we will someday do. Watching his grin as he hauls dirt reminds me of the boys while they play on the Wii. It's sheer delight. We are almost finished unpacking the basement boxes, and my two biggest projects are to put up blinds and finish setting ...

Hangin' with Lexie: The best week of 2009
http://lexie11.blogspot.com/2009/07/best-week-of-2009.html
Tuesday, July 28, 2009. The best week of 2009. The best week of 2009 started on July 22 on a Wednesday. I stared out my front window all morning waiting for Wayne and Whitney to be coming up my driveway for the first day of the family reunion. While waiting I saw I a red car slowly driving down the road looking confused. The car turned around and went the other way it came from. And right when I saw that I knew. The whole time we were laughing our heads off because of how tired our arms were and then ran...

Spires Family: May 2009

Monday, May 25, 2009. Aosta was also once a Roman outpost, so as a result the town has some impressive old Roman ruins, including a theatre,. An old city wall and gate, and what they call a triumphal arch which was built in 35 BC in honor of Augustus. The weather was good and the skies were clear - so we got some good views of the mountain and the surrounding Alps. The whole place was probably no bigger than 1 city block. Monday, May 11, 2009. What we've been up to. Saturday, May 9, 2009. I arrived in Ge...

Getting our ducks in a row- The Dryg family journey. We may not have it all together. but together we have it all. Thursday, March 11, 2010. After we went to a McDonnalds, where Isaiah took Trumy to the top of his first playplace. It was love hate relationship. He alternated the crying with the laughing all the way up. After, when it was time to go, Ali attacked Jessica. She is her best friend and Ali did NOT want to leave her! Every time the weather teases us with a warm day, the clouds and snow or cold...

It's a good thing he does, so he gets some attention and love. The bird. Not Truman. He get's lots of attention and love. I love the second picture the most. Spires Family: December 2008

Sunday, December 14, 2008. Yesterday we celebrated Emma's second birthday. We naturally went with a princess theme for the entire day - which she couldn't get enough of. Traci did a really good job in preparing everything and making Emma feel like genuine "royalty"on her special day. Emma's party was followed by a quick trip to the play place at McDonald's (she has an obsession with slides, so she flipped out when she saw the bi-level play-place), and then off to bed.
