Monday, 28 June 2010. 6 days to go! My final week is, well finally here, no turning back now! Everything is in place, but still have a couple of bits to buy and some sorting to do to get all my bags ready with all my kit. Last week was very gentle. bike for only about 90mins, 3.3km long swim, and a couple of runs. Nothing too hard and to be honest felt a bit rubbish especially on the running. The plan for this week is. M - Easy bike 60-70mins. T - Easy run 30mins. W - Easy swim 45-1hr. T - Sort bags out.
