So here's what I have learned in that time, and here is what is beginning to peak through my conscience thought. 1 I have to power to change my life. 2 Even though I fail as long as I keep at it I will eventually win. 4 I feel better when I eat healthy and watch the Cals. 5 Exercise is fun, I have come to crave it. 6 Although I have not lost what I wished, I feel better for being on the path. 9 I am being to know and understand my body and it's needs.

The concept is, every time I am feeling the cravings come on I can pull out my list, and whatever is on it I cannot go-to for comfort, instead I have to come up with a healthy alternative. So here it goes. 1 FAST FOOD (This has Got to be My Worst Offense). 6 High Calorie Coffee Drinks (Malted Mocha Freeze. I love that thing! 8 Chips and DIp.
