This is a blog to keep our family and friends up to date on the happenings in Virginia Beach. Tuesday, March 19, 2013. Sorry I haven't had updated the blog since the last run. Eric ran the 8k with our friend from church. I ran the 1/2 marathon with my friend Reggie. I finished in 2 hours 50 mins and 22 seconds. That is about a 13 minute per mile pace. Well, I just got home a little while ago from both girls parent/teacher conferences. Maddie- she is doing great! She is shy and reserved but as long as her good buddy is there with her she does even better. she always is anxious to learn and is a great listener. nothing but glowing remarks about her! We did our annual strawberry picking extravaganza! June- The girls both had recitals. Abby had a piano recital and Maddie had a dance recital. July- We went blueberry and blackberry picking. July- Eric came home! I will do a separate post of homecoming pics but this was Change of Command right after he got back.
