Who Would Have Guessed?: Mothers
http://kdmcginn.blogspot.com/2014/05/mothers.html
Who Would Have Guessed? Sunday, May 11, 2014. The moment that we breathe. Whether you wanted us or not. Something stirs inside your heart. It is over before you start. We learn your heart, your joys, your depth. Your hurt, your pain, your wrath. We learn strength and grace and keeping on,. And the most important, how to laugh. At times you don't know what to say. Or how to make it right. But knowing that you stand behind us. That's enough to stay in the fight. You struggle through those little years.

Who Would Have Guessed?: January 2014

Who Would Have Guessed? Wednesday, January 29, 2014. Some days are hard. It's hard to get up. What is the purpose of starting again with the day. God is so big and so powerful and we are so small and so insignificant. How is it that one person, on one day, can impact this place? How will I impact this time and this place? Then I remember who my enemy really is. For our struggle is not against flesh and blood,. But against the rulers, against the authorities,. Do you see what that says? But now in Christ ...

Who Would Have Guessed? Tuesday, March 31, 2009. We were at Target walking down the shoe isle. I was getting very irritated with Madi because she was not paying attention or minding me. She was pulling shoes off the rack and asking to buy every flip flop they make. My breaking point came when she laid down on the floor of Target. I turned around and with a very mean voice told her she needed to "get up off that floor NOW! Sunday, March 29, 2009. Sunday, March 8, 2009. Yee Haw.and learn how to dress!

Who Would Have Guessed?: December 2013
http://kdmcginn.blogspot.com/2013_12_01_archive.html
Who Would Have Guessed? Saturday, December 28, 2013. I want everyone to have this freedom. The freedom that letting Christ be in control of your life brings. I obeyed. I told Josh. I prayed and cried and asked forgiveness. And you know what happened? For this reason I remind you to fan into flame the gift of God, which is in you through the laying on of my hands, for God gave us a spirit not of fear but of power and love and self control. 2Timothy 1:6-7. The Crockett Chronicles: December 2009
http://crockettchronicles-katie.blogspot.com/2009_12_01_archive.html
Saturday, December 26, 2009. Mom took Kaitlyn, Chloe, Rebekah and myself to see the Nutcracker this year. We had a great time. Chloe made it thru almost the whole thing. Mom had to go stand at the back with her for the last 10 minutes or so, but overall it was a successful outing. At one point Chloe leaned over and said "Mommy, that man is not wearing pants". It was very amusing. Afterward we went down to the green room and the girls were able to take pictures with a few of the characters. Everyone enjoy...

The Little Loop: April 2013
http://thelittleloop.blogspot.com/2013_04_01_archive.html
Saturday, April 6, 2013. If I only end up posting twice a year (soon to be three times) on my kid's birthdays, that's okay with me. being a mom doesn't afford me much extra time to blog about the children I am always chasing. It means I've got more important things to be doing. Also, I'm super unorganized and quite often unmotivated :). So this post is all about my little Birdie. Sweet Birdie. I would like to say "How are you two already? Every chance you get, "Westie! Happy birthday to you), "Thank you ...

The Little Loop: May 2012
http://thelittleloop.blogspot.com/2012_05_01_archive.html
Wednesday, May 16, 2012. It is May, 2012. And, okay okay, I'm feeling guilty. My sister- who has always been the more "structured" or "disciplined" one (She's a teacher. Need I say more? Has done such an amazing job documenting my nephew every month, that I am starting to fear the backlash of bitterness coming from my children. SO, here's what is happening in OUR lives right now :). Walking- no, RUNNING- everywhere! You started at about 14 months to really get walking, but you are so busy all the time!

Wednesday, May 1, 2013. The One Where I Can Write About My Labor and Delivery And Never Think About It Again. So, throughout this pregnancy I had Braxton Hicks contractions (pretty much from the get go), but when I hit 38 weeks they started to feel different. For a few days, I had contractions that would come and go, getting so intense and close together at times that we thought "this is it! I agreed to pitocin, but we discussed the possibility of an epidural if I felt like the pain became unmanageable&#...
