Friday, May 29, 2009. 第1天- 6 天吃六七粒萍果或喝 1000 cc 的萍果汁. 第7 天, 正常饮食到中午. 下午13:00PM 后禁食, (一定要禁食不然没有效). 晚上6PM, 喝250cc 泻盐水(epsom salt) 注:虽然大部份人可喝泻盐, 但不是每个人都一样. 8PM , 再喝250cc 泻盐水. 10PM 喝125cc 纯柠檬汁(或Grape Fruit也可以) 125cc 橄榄油(extra virgin olive oil),混合着一起喝. 然后马上睡觉. 友人试过两次都有效, 一个亲戚试了但没效,可能胆石太大粒了.
