Take a deep and stay calm. Someone needs to take charge and be quick but not hasty. It may need to be you! With trauma it is necessary to act fast but go slow. Survey for hazards. Is there immediate danger to you, other rescuers, the bystanders or the patient(s)? Move bystanders off the road. Or direct traffic around the accident.
