The things never follow up the schedule. 馬來西亞 ] 沙巴—20110624—day4. 又是睡飽飽的起床吃飯. 今天是在沙巴的第四天. 距離台灣的日子不算遙遠.下樓吃早餐.菜色感覺沒有Nexus豐富.服務人員的打扮.或許是城鄉差距吧.感覺他們多了些時尚.少了點純樸的氣質. 連續好幾天大吃大喝….對美味精緻的食物有點麻痺.開始想念巷口早餐店的蔥蛋土司或培根蛋土司 咖啡，更想念早餐店姊姊們笑容和談話聲.天時 地利讓我來到沙巴 .但人和條件讓我無戲可唱.機場就在附近了.巴不得去候補機位回台灣。 這回仔細去看他的的拉餅.有點像台灣手工麵線的製作原理.醒麵這關得做得好才能拉出一片天吧XD.它們的拉餅都沾著咖哩或辣死人不償命的醬料吃.我卻獨愛吃白麵皮.煎的香酥配咖啡.也是好吃的不得了.超愛那麵皮的香氣! 這兩位”拉皮”師傅很悶騷.要拉時還跟我提示抓住時間點拍照呢! 碼頭就在我們飯店的隔壁.攘來人往的碼頭邊.好多小魚和海膽.這在台灣還得了…Bonnie向工作人員拿了浴巾.發給大家.登船走人. 10/15第一次注射T-DM1，無論是醫生、護士都說這種標靶藥物沒什麼副作用，頂多就是肝功能指數會上升。結果.隔天就燒到39.9度送急診，後送內科病房住了6天。事後褚醫師說：在我之前他的所有病人都沒有副作用，他查了一下資料，T-DM1標靶藥物會造成肝指數A上升的機率僅3%，肝指數B上升的機率只有2%，血小板下降的機率更低，沒想到我是三者全中、萬中選一的奇葩。所以.日後我的資料將會讓後面的病友更有心裡預備，可以在事前做好預防性投藥，也算是功德一件吧！ 基本上這次施打T-DM1標靶藥物的副作用為以下五項，但感謝讚美主，經過症狀治療，出院後就都一直平安無事。 1 發燒：打抗生素兩天後就沒有再燒起來，但還是得做完整個抗生素的6-7天療程，避免後遺症。 2 嘔吐：第三天起開始吐，打了長效止吐針、又帶了長效止吐藥回家（只吃一天），很快就恢復可以吃下一整個滷牛腱的實力。 3 肝指數上升：肝指數破300，所以吃了保肝丸後，隔一陣子就要抽血檢查，以確定肝指數有無下降。 5 低血壓和心跳變慢：在急診室時，低血壓曾低到只剩30幾，心跳數也只剩下50幾。 1 Port A人工血管：這是我第一次化療時安裝的人工血管...

大約十來年前有機會和指導教授黃老師與幾位同學前去參訪淡水的「真理大學」，當時「真理大學」還叫做「淡水工商管理學院」，正打算改名叫做「淡水牛津大學」（該校的前身「理學堂」原本就叫Oxford College ，1971年起該校英文校名定為Tamsui Oxford College），但不知為何後來定名為現在的校名。記得當時聽該校的某位老師提到校方得到馬偕牧師（偕叡理，George L. 以熱情、自助行、緩步慢遊，分享人煙罕至的境地； 以求知、洞察力、人文關懷，探索上帝創造的世界。 在2012國家地理雜誌推薦的全世界15條經典步道中，曾以「美的荒唐」來形容這條步道，報導上說最好能花兩三天的時間，從First出發，經過高山湖泊巴克湖(Bachalpsee)到Faulhorn山屋住一兩晚，帶著兩灌啤酒、看著阿爾卑斯山脈血紅色的日落。朋友Grace就是看到了這篇報導才引發了想來少女峰健行的慾望，最期待的也就是能親自走一回。 First位於Grindelwald附近山腰處，位於少女峰對山，是另一處戶外活動熱絡的區域。以First為起點的健行與登山步道非常多條，難度由高至低都有，其中以巴克湖這一條路線最受歡迎。從標高1,050公尺的Grindelwald到2,168公尺First雖然要一路上坡，但其實可以選擇搭乘纜車，大部分的人也是選擇以纜車上山、步行下山，輕鬆又愉快。 但大家來此最大的目的就是能看看高山湖泊「巴克湖」，有時間的話還希望在他身邊野餐。 在巴克湖身旁看著對山白雪覆頂的高山群峰無敵美好，而最美的一刻莫過於在平靜如鏡面的湖水上看到Schreckhorn的倒影，...可惜我們沒有時間在湖邊...
