星期五, 7月 31, 2015. 坐月40天, 13-19天 - 初補期的食譜. 注意, 這是我給太太坐月用的食譜清單, 但未必適合所有人, 只屬個人意見, 並非專業意見, 若有疑慮可以不用, 或詢問醫生才使用, 用與不用是你個人決定, 使用後不適恕本人不付責. 過了坐月12天了, 太太的惡露應該少了很多, 顏色亦應變淺 (將透明, 間中有點淺紅), 否則. 前一期, 應該試過不少小量的益氣行血食品吧, 例如紅棗, 黨參,身體沒有不良反應, 惡露沒有惡化, bb沒有敏感(指吃母乳的bb), 那就可以進行這個初補期, 如於6-12天休養期試過後身體或bb有不良反應, 應先看醫生詢問了解好情況. 在這時期, 我給太太多5天的觀察期, 看看吃了進級版的代茶和補身湯水的反應. 這時煮食已經可以用油, 但以少良為佳, 糖也可改回砂糖. 食材已開始回復平時差不多了, 但盡量減少吃辛辣刺激, 醃製, 或太濃太鹹食品, 暫時仍然以代茶代水喝, 我不會避忌太多, 有營養, 不生冷都會試吃, 吃過再看太太和bb的反應. 這時期要保持身體健康, 避免著涼感冒等等, 因為病了, 就無法進補, 阻礙了身體吸收. 坐月甜品 - ...
