MY's Recipe: Baby Kailan with (Vegetarian) Oyster Sauce
http://too-my-recipes.blogspot.com/2010/04/baby-kailan-with-vegetarian-oyster.html
Wednesday, April 7, 2010. Baby Kailan with (Vegetarian) Oyster Sauce. Another simple dish that can be cooked in 3 mins! Just remember to get baby kailan so save you the trouble to pluck and cut the vegetable. Just wash and stir-fry :). For health reason, I have stoped using the 'real' oyster sauce. The vegetarian one is just as good. I've tried other brands but finally settled with. Vegetarian oyster sauce as this once does not have a very strong mushroom smell and more acceptable by my kids :).

http://too-my-recipes.blogspot.com/2010/04/noodles-with-dumplings-in-beef-soup.html
Wednesday, April 7, 2010. Noodles with Dumplings in Beef Soup. Another dish I cooked over the night using my thermal pot. I boiled the soup at 11pm and reboil the soup again at 6 am. The noodles and dumplings are cooked separately after I came back from work. My kids loved this very much as it has all their favourites in 1 dish: Soup, noodles and dumplings. Simple dish that can be prepared in 15 mins :). 300g Beef cubes (suitable for stew). 1 big onions (either cut into quarters or slice it).

Monday, December 1, 2008. Some Photos of my creation ;P. I enjoyed "decorating" the dinner bowl for my kids :). It does make my girl happy everytime she sees something different. Mushroom and Ham Roll. That nite, I realised that I still have quite a fair bit of leftover ham so I decided to try something different. I guess this dish is quite tasty since as my kid ate them all (I didn't even get to eat it! Subscribe to: Posts (Atom). Welcome to my personal recipe book. View my complete profile.
