I’m still not allowed to start rehab for another week let alone run, but today is day 2 of wearing normal shoes! Chicago Marathon is in October. I figure I still have a good 4 months to train. Considering I was going to run Boston with only 12 weeks of training, I think I’m in a good place. I am expecting a Fitbit. Anyone use one of these?

But, I’m. Happy to say that there was only one day that I did the ol’ fluff and roll and didn’t go out to run. For those of you who had not had the “pleasure” of running in subzero wind chills, here is what it’s like-at least for me. The worst part is when I check The Weather Channel app and realize how cold it is.
