http://savagetimmy.blogspot.com/2012/09/weird-war-two-at-tooncon-2012.html
Sunday, September 30, 2012. Weird War Two at ToonCon 2012. Instead of running my regular Saturday night game last night I dragged my WWW2 stuff out to ToonCon 2012. One player was a friend of mine from Calgary that came out for the convention (which is organized by a mutual friend). There was another participant names Amy, who I think is from Saskatoon, and three enthusiastic young fellows (I will call them The Three Amigos! Locate and Kill and/or Capture the Blood Mage. Ag d6, Sm d8, Sp d8, St d6, Vg d6,.

Board Game Night(s) in Saskatoon: July 2014
http://boardgamenight.blogspot.com/2014_07_01_archive.html
Board Game Night(s) in Saskatoon. One man's journey to find the perfect game, somewhere. Tuesday, 8 July 2014. He's back, guess who's back? High Frontier, with some of the advanced rules. The game started with everyone slowly building up their fleets and we moved into Anarchy quickly, which meant that people were unable to use their special abilities except the PRC (claim jump, water steal and impolitely decommission crews in space), but as a bonus, we could all use that ability. Board Game Night(s) in Saskatoon: Commands & Colors
http://boardgamenight.blogspot.com/2010/02/commands-colors.html
Board Game Night(s) in Saskatoon. One man's journey to find the perfect game, somewhere. Monday, 1 February 2010. Darren hosted the usual Tuesday night gaming and this week we got back to the basics, Commands and Colors: Ancients. The game I believe is Richard Borg's. Best iteration of the C&C series. I am not going to rehash how to play C&C, but instead will give more of a session report for the nights gaming. The first battle I played against John (no not me, the other one), was the battle of Ilipa.

Board Game Night(s) in Saskatoon. One man's journey to find the perfect game, somewhere. Saturday, 17 October 2009. Of cancer, he was a member of the SCA and one of the designers of Chivalry and Sorcery. A roleplaying game I used to play back in Saskatoon. I saw him last at CalCon in spring and he looked frail then. This is a loss to gaming and to the world, he was a gentleman as well as a gamer. Links to this post. Monday, 12 October 2009. A little bit of Thanksgiving gaming. I had placed my Giants into...

Board Game Night(s) in Saskatoon. One man's journey to find the perfect game, somewhere. Tuesday, 11 May 2010. So things have changed a little here. Brenda and I have moved to Saskatoon last month and I have started a new job. Since we are currently renting a place here I have not unpacked my games and will not until we are moved to our final destination in town (aka buy a house). If there is anyone in Calgary looking for a place, mine is up for sale. On to the games! Timmy's WWII one) is heavier on comb...

Board Game Night(s) in Saskatoon. One man's journey to find the perfect game, somewhere. Sunday, 30 May 2010. Gaming at the Dragon's Den. Last Friday night I headed over to the Den to play some games. When I got there a couple of people were playing Dungeon Lords (a game I am not interested in). I watched them for a while and Keith showed up with his sun. The three of us, and one other played a game of Chicago Express. A game I have played before but when it was called Wabash Cannonball. So things have c...
